Therapy & Other Mental Health Support

We believe in multiple layers of care at both individual and communal care levels. While we collaborate with therapists, coaches, and practitioners in our offerings, we also encourage community members to work with a therapist 1 on 1, on an ongoing basis. Finding a therapist who feels like a good fit can be incredibly challenging, especially for those of social identities most impacted by intersecting systems of oppression. When choosing a therapist, do take the time to interview them and ask key questions that will help you make an informed choice. If you don't find a good fit initially, we encourage you to continue searching until you do. You deserve well matched mental health care that honors all of who you are. We hope this list will be of great assistance. Gratitude to the support team at Inclusive Therapists for their contributions to this list.
